Website and service terms.
These terms describe the general offer. Your proposal and service agreement set the terms for your project.
Proposal and commitment
Investment depends on included brands, locations, assets and work. The proposal presents implementation and ongoing management separately and defines payments, term, cancellation and external services before an agreement begins.
Requests and timing
An authorized contact’s request for an in-scope change authorizes us to carry it out. The same approval is not requested again. New decisions, launches of a new website and work outside scope require a specific agreement. Timing depends on necessary information, access and external reviews.
Ownership
You retain your domain, brand, original content, photos, data, and other assets you provide. The website is provided as a managed service during your subscription unless otherwise agreed in writing. Site transfers or code buyouts are agreed separately.
Results and scope
We do not guarantee search rankings, lead volumes, reviews, sales, or business results. We commit to the agreed work. New features and complex integrations require an approved additional scope and price.
Cancellation and termination
Cancellation terms and their effect on the managed site are detailed in the service agreement before you sign. Any transfer option must also be agreed in writing.
Before entering an agreement
This public website presents the service and does not accept payments. The contracting entity, payment terms, and final agreement must be identified in your proposal before a service begins.
